This disclaimer ("Legal Notice") governs the use of the RealAsset Capital (RAC) token and should be read carefully by all holders and potential holders of RAC. By purchasing, holding or trading RAC, you agree to the terms and conditions described in this Legal Notice.

1 - Nature of the RAC Token

RealAsset Capital (RAC) is a digital token issued by Real Asset Capitals for the purposes of investing and participating in real estate-related opportunities. The token does not represent shares, bonds and does not grant ownership rights over the company Real Asset Capital.

2 - Risks Associated with RAC

Investing in digital tokens, including RAC, involves significant risks and may result in partial or complete loss of invested funds. RAC holders should be aware of potential risks, including price volatility, limited liquidity, cybersecurity risks and evolving regulations.

3 - No Guarantee of Value

The value of RAC can fluctuate significantly and can be affected by market, demand and supply factors, as well as macroeconomic events. Real Asset Capitals makes no guarantees as to the future value of RAC and cannot predict or control market movements.
