Real Asset Capitals tokenized investment model is based on tiers, which means there are different levels of investment that offer different benefits.

For the investor to have access to tokenized real estate investments, they need to purchase a value of tokens (RAC) and lock them on platform. Investors can choose the tier that best suits their needs and financial objectives, with access to exclusive investment opportunities according to the tier that you want.

NOTE: If an investor decides to invest by purchasing a fraction of a property, it is important to note that the withdrawal of the locked tokens will result in the corresponding investment being automatically blocked. Therefore, to withdraw profit and invested capital, it will be necessary to re-lock an adequate amount of RAC tokens for three months, and then can recover the investment and profit.

TIER ONE - Bronze

Requirements (Minimum investment on RAC and lock on platform: $100 - $999);

• Access to a limited selection of residential real estate investment opportunities by NFT's.

TIER TWO - Silver

Requirements (Minimum investment on RAC and lock on platform: $1,000 - $9,999);

• Access to a wide range of residential and commercial real estate investment opportunities.

TIER THREE - Gold

Requirements (Minimum investment on RAC and lock on platform: $10,000 - $99,999);

• Access to all residential, commercial and condominium investment opportunities;

• Priority access to other real estate sectors, such as shopping malls, casinos, among others.

TIER THREE - Platinum

Requirements (Minimum investment on RAC and lock on platform: +$100,000);

• Privileged access to all investment opportunities, including residential, commercial, condominium launches and other real estate sectors;

• Participation in exclusive networking and real estate education events;

• Dedicated support and personalized consultancy for large investments.
